We stayed in the XO Hotel Park West for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the stay! To get to the hotel is very easy. From Amsterdam airport, it’s a 10 min train journey and then a 2 min tram journey. The tram stops directly outside the hotel. We arrived late and check in was quick and easy. Staff were really friendly. We requested a double bed before arrival and got our request and stayed in room 716. The room was huge! Only negative was the curtains were disgusting and had horrendous stains on them but other than that, the room was very clean and had everything you need. Getting into central Amsterdam was also a breeze. Tram line outside the hotel goes directly into central Amsterdam and all the tourist attraction's. Great hotel to stay in if you don’t want to stay directly in central Amsterdam and want to pay less. I would 100% stay at the XO Hotels Park West again!

The single room was quiet and very clean. The bathroom was modern and very functional. Wi-Fi performance was more than sufficient for streaming Netflix in HD. The breakfast buffet had all the choices one usually finds in a hotel breakfast, and was quite good. I also liked the M19 tram having a stop right outside the hotel that could take me to the city centre in minutes, and for cheap!

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Easy access to 4 restaurants serving Italian, Indian and Chinese food across the road. Quick tram ride to Amsterdam. Single tram stop to Slotedjik train/Metro station. Big, clean family room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is outstanding, easy to access as it is close to the Sloterdijk station which is directly accessible by train from Schiphol. The Molenwerf tram station (Line 19) is also located right outside of the front door you can catch that tram from Sloterdijk to the hotel or just walk. You can use line 19 to easily access the whole city. Or grab the train from Sloterdijk direct to Central Station. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We were able to store our bags when arrived prior to check in and also after we checked out so we could run up to Zaanse Schans for the day prior to departure.

The hotel was clean, new and easy to get to with the tram #19 right across the road. I needed things printed and the staff were able to have them printed for me. Location was a little outside the city but we still enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle.

The Hotel was great , the rooms were clean , excellent staff , there is a tram stop next to the hotel it will take you to the city center within 15min and its near Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station where you can get a train from there to anywhere you like. The hotel has self check in and check out service which is really incredible ! There is a supermarket just 3 mins walking from the hotel. I suggest this hotel if you're looking for comfort and apart from noisy places in city center.

Hotel is overall quite good, breakfast was exceptionally well prepared. Not in the city center but close enough to go there in 5-10 mins train ride.

Quadruple room was spacious for our family of 4. Each kid had a bed and we had a queen size bed and there was still space to move around. The amineties were very good. The windows had a tight seal so no noise from outside. Bathroom was renovated and in great condition. Has both a rain shower and a mobile shower head. Location is just across from the Tram stop into central Amsterdam. It is also 10 min walk to the main station. Area seems safe and lit. We arrived early so we simply put our luggage in hotel and made good use of our day before checking in in the afternoon. Few shops, mini market and restaurant across the street. Hotel is smoke, drug, and pet free.
