We stayed in the XO Hotel Park West for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the stay! To get to the hotel is very easy. From Amsterdam airport, it’s a 10 min train journey and then a 2 min tram journey. The tram stops directly outside the hotel. We arrived late and check in was quick and easy. Staff were really friendly. We requested a double bed before arrival and got our request and stayed in room 716. The room was huge! Only negative was the curtains were disgusting and had horrendous stains on them but other than that, the room was very clean and had everything you need. Getting into central Amsterdam was also a breeze. Tram line outside the hotel goes directly into central Amsterdam and all the tourist attraction's. Great hotel to stay in if you don’t want to stay directly in central Amsterdam and want to pay less. I would 100% stay at the XO Hotels Park West again!

The single room was quiet and very clean. The bathroom was modern and very functional. Wi-Fi performance was more than sufficient for streaming Netflix in HD. The breakfast buffet had all the choices one usually finds in a hotel breakfast, and was quite good. I also liked the M19 tram having a stop right outside the hotel that could take me to the city centre in minutes, and for cheap!

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Easy access to 4 restaurants serving Italian, Indian and Chinese food across the road. Quick tram ride to Amsterdam. Single tram stop to Slotedjik train/Metro station. Big, clean family room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is outstanding, easy to access as it is close to the Sloterdijk station which is directly accessible by train from Schiphol. The Molenwerf tram station (Line 19) is also located right outside of the front door you can catch that tram from Sloterdijk to the hotel or just walk. You can use line 19 to easily access the whole city. Or grab the train from Sloterdijk direct to Central Station. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We were able to store our bags when arrived prior to check in and also after we checked out so we could run up to Zaanse Schans for the day prior to departure.

My stay at XO Hotels Park West was overall enjoyable. The hotel offers convenient parking directly below the building, with easy access to the hotel and a rate of around €20 per day. The room was nice and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable bed, a coffee machine with two pods replenished daily, and a good internet connectivity. The shower had good water pressure and quality toiletries provided. Although we didn’t have breakfast, we took a look and it seemed like a generous and appealing spread. The self-check-in process was smooth, and there was always someone available to assist when needed.

It was a great stay, the staff were super helpful, the self check in is awesome, and the price was pretty good. The location so close to Sloterdijk can't be beat, especially if you're wanting to stay in Amsterdam but not be in the super congested, touristy areas. It was very clean, the heated floor in the bathroom was awesome and the mini fridge was extremely helpful, as it is very close to a Lidl, so you can save $ on food. Towels and linens were all very white and unstained, no stranger hairs, bathroom very clean. My only complaint is the pillows left something to be desired, but everything else was fantastic and I will be staying here again!

The hotel was clean, new and easy to get to with the tram #19 right across the road. I needed things printed and the staff were able to have them printed for me. Location was a little outside the city but we still enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle.

The staff were really helpful. Probably the friendliest I have ever met. They even slipped a birthday card under the room door because they noticed it was my birthday the day after we checked in. Really nice people . We booked this place because it was out of the city centre and there is a tram stop outside almost at the entrance. You can catch the 19 into the city from there. The entrance to the Westerpark is just across thr street if you fancy a walk into town. The rooms are modern and very spacious. Fantastic place to stay with equally fantastic staff. I will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10 all the way.

Great location with a light rail stop (route 19) in front of the hotel, one stop to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station. Short walk to Lidl supermarket and several restaurants. Quiet area without drug or pets. Friendly staff offering 24 hours self check in/out and nice house keeping. There is no kitchen but a microwave at GF for people to use. Plenty of tables and lobby space. We stayed in this hotel three times for about 2 weeks in total (triple room & comfort twin room). Will come back again when we visit Amsterdam next time.
